100000% recommend using Orlando Stroller Company. We were Disney First Timers this past week. We rented a double stroller for our 5 year old and 15 month old. We chose to pick our stroller rental up at the airport. I received a text the morning of our flight letting me know where the stroller would be, what was included, and where to return it. The stroller was there waiting for us when our flight landed. It was absolutely perfect for our needs for the week. When our MEARS bus never came to get us I called in and let them know our return would be late and they communicated right away with me that it wouldn’t be a problem. We dropped it back off right where we picked it up. I am very happy we chose Orlando Stroller Rental. If we ever need to rent a stroller again while in Disney, we would absolutely choose them again.

We used it for our 6 year old, who insisted before we arrive at our resort, that he was not riding in any stroller. Once he saw how big and comfy it was he was sold. The whole process was wonderful. I placed the order on line, the stroller was there for us when we arrived and we just handed it to the guy at the luggage room on our last day and walked away. We have rented from Orlando Stroller twice now and I feel compelled to leave a review. Not only was the stroller clean and looked to be brand new, but the customer service at this company is out of this world!
I had to change my drop off time due to a flight change, and it was as easy as sending a text. They met us at our resort right on time.
I also changed our pick up time at the last minute and they were EXTREMELY accommodating and met me within 15 minutes so that we could maximize our time while waiting to catch the bus to the airport. I felt awful about switching times, but the gentleman that met up with me was very polite and helpful!

WE HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED! We have been to Disney 4 times in the last year and EVERY time we have…we have used OSR. They are prompt (drop off and pick up), accommodating, professional, VERY easy to use from start to finish. The 1st time we used them we forgot our tag in the stroller and they were going to ship it to us. Knowing we would be back in a few months, I asked if it were okay that they hold on to it and we would retrieve it when we rented from them again. They were more than happy to hold it for us. We returned a few months later any they reminded us about bringing our tag along with our stroller rental! The fact that their communication and professionalism is always on point is the reason we will always use OSR for all our stroller rental needs.

I just want to send a big fat THANK YOU to Orlando Stroller Rentals. Our strollers were delivered right on time, and in such great condition. You chose a wonderful stroller models (we rented both the double and the single City Mini strollers)! They maneuvered so well and was a lovely size for both the 1 year old and the 3 year olds. The color was great, it really stood out in the stroller parking areas. It folded up so nicely and easily we had no problems on the buses. We had plenty of storage for our snacks and layers of clothes. I wish there were available cup holders, but we survived without. *grin* I am going to tell every one I know to rent from you — a real bargain and a class act company!!

A perfect experience from start to finish. We didn’t book until 2 days before our trip. Shannon texted and was right on time. Actually early which worked out perfect for us. Stroller was clean and in great condition and did the job better than could be expected from a rental. Pick up was exactly the same, on time and perfect. Great to chat with Shannon, who did both the drop off and pick up. Just a great experience and will use the next time we have the need!

Cannot speak highly enough of this company and team. Brilliant price for what we needed. Amazing communication even when we needed to change the order on two separate occassions. Was absolutely no problem at all and sorted straight away. We did not regret this purchase for our 7 and 3 year old. The dual stroller really was a game changer for the entire trip. Great for storage too. If you are in two minds on whether to book with them. Don’t be! They will completely look after you from start to finish.
