100000% recommend using Orlando Stroller Company. We were Disney First Timers this past week. We rented a double stroller for our 5 year old and 15 month old. We chose to pick our stroller rental up at the airport. I received a text the morning of our flight letting me know where the stroller would be, what was included, and where to return it. The stroller was there waiting for us when our flight landed. It was absolutely perfect for our needs for the week. When our MEARS bus never came to get us I called in and let them know our return would be late and they communicated right away with me that it wouldn’t be a problem. We dropped it back off right where we picked it up. I am very happy we chose Orlando Stroller Rental. If we ever need to rent a stroller again while in Disney, we would absolutely choose them again.

Hi everyone Shannon save our vacations i have a 3 year old and an 8 month baby and after going to my first day park i notice this guy with this great orange 2 seat stroller and have to talk to ask him where he rent it. He gave me a card from Shannon, called her while walking on the park and the next day at 7:30 am she was in my hotel lobby with the stroller. Great stroller, easy to carry (one handed) and best of all GRREEEEAAAT SERVICE!!! These are better quality than the parks rentals and you can take them with you to your hotel. Thanx Shannon!

I just wanted to send a quick email to say thank you for the wonderful service you provide to family’s with young children vacationing at Disney World. We rented a Citi Mini double stroller for our week long vacation, and it was one of the best decisions we made for our vacation. The stroller was at our resort when we got there just as you said it would be, it worked wonderfully for our three year old and 18 month old, and was easy to transport on the resort shuttles. Our kids loved the stroller so much they have asked if we can buy our own now that we are home. Since we have been back I have told several people about our experiences with your company, made recommendations to people with younk kids who are planning vacations in Orlando, and will continue to sing the praises of the services you provide to all who would benefit from it.

The stroller was clean, easy to push, and simple to fold… The rain cover was amazing and also much needed. It poured buckets one day but my daughter stayed dry.

Shannon and her team were amazing, and so incredibly helpful. Our stroller had a bit of an issue, and they immediately brought us a new stroller within 15 minutes – it was amazing, and we can’t thank them enough for their amazing customer service. I just want to send a big fat THANK YOU to Orlando Stroller Rentals. Our strollers were delivered right on time, and in such great condition. You chose a wonderful stroller models (we rented both the double and the single City Mini strollers)! They maneuvered so well and was a lovely size for both the 1 year old and the 3 year olds. The color was great, it really stood out in the stroller parking areas. It folded up so nicely and easily we had no problems on the buses. We had plenty of storage for our snacks and layers of clothes. I wish there were available cup holders, but we survived without. *grin* I am going to tell every one I know to rent from you — a real bargain and a class act company!!

A great experience renting a stroller. Rented a single stroller since we have a bigger kid, the third day of vacations had to contact OSR and changed into a double unit. Justin and Darby are great, rapid response and the best customer service. So attentive also in bringing the stroller to the hotel. We will definitely use the service again hopefully soon!
